NSER Dynamic Survey

The family’s poverty rate must be up to 35%.
Employment:
No family member should have a government job.
Property Ownership:
The family should not own a private home or have any property registered in their name.
Vehicle Ownership:
No large vehicle should be registered in the candidate’s name.
Income:
The family’s monthly income should be up to 25,000 PKR.
Legal Status:
The candidate should not be involved in any illegal activities.
Bank Balance:
The candidate’s bank balance should be less than 60,000 PKR.
Required Documents
To complete the registration process, applicants need to have the following documents:
- A valid ID card.
- Attested documents for identification.
- A child’s birth certificate (if applicable).
- A poverty certificate.
- Ownership documents of one to two acres of land in Pakistan.
Registration Process
To register for the NSER Dynamic Survey:
A team will visit your home.
You will be given a form paper to fill out.
Enter your ID card number and complete thumb verification.
Provide the bay form number of your children.
Submit the completed form to the survey team.
If you are unable to fill out the form or are illiterate, the survey team can assist you in completing it. After submission, your verification will be processed, and you will receive a notification once your registration is complete.
Checking Eligibility Status Online

Open Google Chrome on your mobile or laptop.
Visit the official BISP website.
Navigate to the “Eligibility Check” page.
Enter your ID card number and the provided captcha code.
Click on the “Register Now” button to confirm your registration.
Once your verification is complete, you will receive a registration message confirming your eligibility.
