Present Identification: The parent must hold a National Identity Card (NIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).
Registration Deadline
Parents are required to register their children within three months of birth, as per NADRA rules.
Fees for B-Form
As of July 2024, the fees for the B-Form are as follows:
Regular Fee: Rs 50
Executive Fee: Rs 500
Required Documents
Parent’s ID Card: A valid NIC or NICOP of the parent.
Proof of Birth: Documents such as the Nikkah Nama (marriage certificate) or other proof of birth issued by the union council.
