Registration for the PM Laptop Scheme for Youth
Registration for the third phase of the Prime Minister Laptop Program 2024 has begun. Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has introduced an initiative to distribute free laptops to students across Pakistan. Under this program, students enrolled in colleges, universities, and technical institutes will receive laptops at no cost.
Additionally, the Prime Minister has unveiled a new initiative called the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Program 2024. As a result, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) will soon open online registration for this government-funded laptop scheme. The PM Laptop Scheme Portal is now available online for checking the status of applications. Applications can be submitted online until March 23, 2024, through the PM Youth Program portal at laptop.pmyp.gov.pk.
PM Shahbaz Sharif Laptop Project Requirements
The government has temporarily allocated laptops to exceptional students in the public sector. Eligible candidates for the Shahbaz Sharif Laptop Program include undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate university students. Both male and female students can benefit from this initiative, including PhD, M.A./M.Sc., and MPhil students.
Prime Minister’s Laptop Program Registration Form
The Prime Minister will soon announce the opening of new registrations for the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Program 2024. Interested students should visit the official website and complete the registration form available at hec.gov.pk before the deadline. Note that applications cannot be submitted in person. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the PM Laptop Program in 2024, students must:
Be currently enrolled in a public school, college, or university.
Receive recognition from the HEC for the laptop award.
Ineligibility Criteria
The following individuals are not eligible for the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Program:
Students enrolled in private institutions.
Students who have already received laptops under federal or state youth programs.
Foreign nationals residing outside Azad and Jammu Kashmir.
Students who have completed their diplomas before the program’s start
