BISP Facebook Live Session
A BISP Facebook Live Session will be held in September 2024. Any issues related to BISP can be addressed during this session. The Government of Pakistan has announced this live session to handle BISP issues. People facing problems with the Benazir Income Support Program can contact the Facebook live session to solve their issues. A BISP Grievance Center has also been set up for those who cannot register a complaint online.
Not only the complaint center but also the BISP Registration Centers have been set up for those who are facing problems in the program. To register a complaint through the Facebook Live Session or at your nearest complaint center, beneficiaries can contact the live session on the scheduled day. The purpose of the Facebook Live Session is to solve the problems of people facing issues with the BISP program immediately.

BISP Grievance Center
Grievance Centers have been set up to lodge complaints in the BISP program. To file a complaint, beneficiaries will visit the complaint center with their documents. BISP will provide information regarding the complaints to the representative, after which the complaint form will be issued. Beneficiaries need to enter the information related to their problems on the form to solve their issues. In case of non-receipt of payment, a complaint can be lodged, or those facing problems regarding deductions and payment claims can contact the complaint center.
