Dynamic Survey 8171
If you belong to an affected area and suffer losses due to the removal of a slab, emergency cash assistance will be provided based on the data from this program. Additionally, during utility store or ration distribution programs, you will receive assistance under the same program. To register for this program, you must have specific documents. First, both husband and wife must present valid, unexpired identity cards. If you have children, their birth certificates (B-forms) should also be provided. If your home has a gas or electricity connection, you should bring the most recent bills; however, if there is no connection, these bills are not required. Additionally, you must have a mobile number registered in your name, which should be active and accessible.
Once you have gathered these documents, visit your nearest Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) office to complete your registration. A new survey will be conducted within six months to determine your eligibility. After registering, you will be enrolled in scholarship programs, and you will begin receiving assistance through all new initiatives under BISP.
For residents of Punjab, there is an additional survey called the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) Survey. You can apply for this survey from home by searching for “SER” on Google, where the PSER portal will appear as the first result. Through this portal, you can register, complete your survey, and find the location of your nearest registration center. This allows you to conduct the survey and complete your registration at the nearest center.
