Dynamic survey update
All individuals disqualified from this application failed to complete their dynamic survey. Consequently, who will or will not participate in phase two remains uncertain. You were notified to update your form, indicating you had received payments previously. You were asked to complete your survey in Up Dynamic to determine if your financial conditions have improved for BISP New Qist Phase 2.
If your financial situation remains unchanged, you will continue to receive payments for the next three years. However, many individuals who haven’t completed their survey have had their payments halted by the Pakistani government. Those who haven’t registered in the APNA Dynamic system and those checking their status on the APNA 8171 portal, receiving messages indicating their survey dates, have also had their payments stopped. People are now saying that by updating their information, they can resume receiving payments under the BISP New Qist Phase 2.
There is no requirement that you must wait two years after your cash is blocked to get the survey done. Typically, within three to four months after the survey, your verification is completed.
