Male and female students meeting the following criteria will be ineligible to receive laptops under this scheme:
- Students who are residents of any country other than Pakistan.
- Students who lack a Pakistani identity card.
- Students who fail to provide the necessary educational documents for verification.
- Students who have previously received laptops under earlier phases of the laptop scheme.
- Students enrolled in government degree, postgraduate colleges, or affiliated colleges.
- Students who have not submitted an online application for a laptop.
- Students who have completed their degree program by the time of the laptop distribution.
